The Aldiola restaurant, with its large fireplace and numerous windows which open out on to the immaculately kept swimming pool and lake in the distance, offers the visitor the best choice of both typical and international cuisine. The finest traditional dishes are enhanced by local ingredients and savours. (The "porchetto all'mirto" - roast pork baked with myrtle leaves - is a sample of Sardinian cuisine.) Both the restaurant and the rooms are set among the local shrubbery and flowers, carefully trimmed and illuminated at night to create an atmosphere of natural beauty and repose.
